How do I switch to EUGRO Mobile?

  1. Do not cancel your current service!
  2. Call EUGRO Mobile at 1-877-736-0513 to determine if your number is eligible for switching.
  3. EUGRO Mobile will need to know information about your existing account, so please have a current bill from your existing carrier ready. You will need to tell us:
    • Your phone number
    • Account Number and Social Security Number or Tax ID
    • Exact billing name and address on your bill
    • Account password (if applicable)
  4. Purchase a EUGRO Mobile Phone and Rate Plan Card, if applicable. If you want to switch your number to EUGRO Mobile, you may need to switch phones.
  5. EUGRO Mobile will take care of the transfer process. If the transfer cannot be completed in the anticipated time, EUGRO Mobile will contact you to provide an update.

Since number portability requires simultaneous efforts of multiple companies, it may take time for you phone number to become active.
