Program Overview
This cellular program allows your customers to make and receive calls just like a regular postpaid cell phone. Finally customers can buy cellular service with no contract and no credit check and still enjoy quality phones, great rates, and crystal clear service on a Nationwide Network. You can now offer the latest wireless technology to all of your prepaid wireless customers as well as flexible plans that combine great features with great national coverage. All plans include free voicemail, free long distance, free in-network roaming, free caller ID, free call waiting and evening and weekend minutes. Customers only pay for the airtime they purchase.
Activations
Dealers have two different methods available to activate: online or with PINs. Non-PIN transactions are easy and ideal for on-site transactions when Internet access is available. This simple process uses an online activation process that takes only a couple of minutes and allows a dealer to keep the profit from the transaction right then at the point of sale. PINs are useful for off-location selling when Internet access is not available or when activation by the customer is preferred.
Purchasing Next Month's Service
Customers have two options for continuing their service: pay for each month in person or sign up for Autopay. The customer may go to a dealer, call customer service, or access their account online to purchase another month of service. Customers can purchase up to 12 months in advance or go month to month.
The alternative to purchasing in person is to sign up for Autopay. This feature automatically charges the next month of service to the customer's credit card seven days before the end of their billing cycle. The customer need not contact a dealer or customer service unless they would like to change their plan with the start of the next billing cycle.
Additional Services
Customers can place directory assistance calls, use text messaging and access the web. These calls will incur charges to the customer's account, which will be deducted in the equivalent number of minutes. If the account runs out of minutes, the charges will be added to the account as a cash balance due. Charges for additional services from the previous month must be paid in full in order to purchase the next month of service. Customers can pay for these services by purchasing a cash card to add funds to their account. Cash card balances carry over to the next month, so customers don't lose their unused cash balance.
International Long Distance And Roaming
Customer phones are already setup for international long distance and ready to dial anywhere in the world. Our rates are some of the lowest offered today and now customers can enjoy the convenience of dialing directly from their mobile phone. As an added bonus, customers can access the excellent ILD rates in this program without a penalty for cellular usage by adding up to three additional phone numbers to their account. This means that a customer who adds their home number can call the access number from their home and the system will recognize that number as being associated with the customer's account. The customer's ILD account will then be used for the call.
Nationwide long distance to anywhere in the US is still free from a customers mobile phone. All calls, regardless of call destination, reduce their number of peak minutes if call is placed during peak hours. All plans come with free nationwide roaming within the carrier network. Customers will incur additional charges for roaming outside the carrier network.
